Catering Information
Lucas Meeting & Events Center provides excellent, in-house and off-site catering services. Executive Chef Christopher Roussin has an extensive background in Hotel, Restaurant and Venue catering, along with several years as a private chef to such Hollywood Celebrities as Madonna, Nicholas Cage and Cameron Diaz. His menus often feature lighter fares, with an emphasis on fresh local produce and meats, but he will customize every menu to the specific needs of each individual client.
Outside Caterers
Lucas School House, unlike most other venues, feature an open catering policy. If you own a catering company and have a client interested in using Lucas Meeting & Events’ facilities for their party or meeting we will be happy to set up a tour for you and your client.
