SCHOOL HOUSE RENTAL RATES Sunday – Thursday:
7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. $1,500.00 for 4 hours
2,000.00 minimum spent.

$3,500.00 minimum spent.
Friday – Saturday
7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. $2,500.00*
$4,500.00 minimum spent*. Friday - Saturday $3,500.00
6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. $6,000.00 minimum spent. *If the afternoon rental hours go past 6:00 p.m., evening rates will apply. An additional $250.00 rental for each additional hour.

$600.00 minimum spent. Sunday – Thursday

Friday – Saturday
4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. $1,000.00
$2,000.00 minimum spent. An additional $100.00 rental for each additional hour.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to event.
Bar Service Basic Bar Service $20.00 per person, 4 hours
Premium Bar Service: $25.00 per person, 4 hours
Deluxe Bar Service*: $35.00 per person, 4 hours
Wine & Beer Bar Service $20.00 per person, 4 hours
Non-alcoholic Beverages only $10.00 per person, 4 hours All Bar Service is 4 hours minimum.
An additional $5.00 per person will be charged for each additional hour.
